The Frankfurt-based asset manager DynaFinance has acquired the first two photovoltaic plants in Lazio, Italy, for Growth Fund for Renewable Infrastructure, sub-fund G-FERE, a Luxembourg investment fund. The two power plants operated by PV ITALY II S.r.l. have a combined nominal output of 3.5 MWp and were acquired from Gascom Renew SpA. The total investment volume is approximately €11m.
"Italy is the second largest market for renewable energies in Europe and is one of our target countries", said Dr. Thomas Köllermeier, Managing Partner of DynaFinance. "With those plants, which are performing to plan in their second year of operations, we have begun the successful implementation of the partnership agreement with our cornerstone investor Gascom Renew, which is acting as general contractor and operator."
